Yes, we maintain all required NSW licenses including:

· Pest Management Technician licenses

· Public liability insurance

· WorkCover compliance

Yes, all the chemicals we use are registered by the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) and are considered safe when applied according to label directions by licensed professionals.

The products we use - including Fendona Plus 60SC, Seclira WSG, Temprid 75, Goliath Gel, and Termidor - are specifically designed to target pests while minimizing risk to humans and pets.

Modern pest control chemicals have significantly improved safety profiles compared to older formulations. They are formulated to be of relatively low toxicity to humans and animals while remaining highly effective against target pests.

· Fendona Plus 60SC (Alpha-cypermethrin) - for crawling insects

· Seclira WSG (Dinotefuran) - broad-spectrum insecticide

· Contrac Blox (Bromadiolone) - rodent control

· Coopex Dusting Powder (Permethrin) - for cracks and crevices

· Temprid 75 (Imidacloprid + Beta-cyfluthrin) - residual control

· Goliath Gel (Fipronil) - cockroach elimination

· Termidor HE (Fipronil) - termite protection

· Optigard Ant Gel (Thiamethoxam) - ant control

Dogs: Remove from treated areas for 2-4 hours until spray treatments are completely dry. Dogs can return to external areas once treatments have dried, typically within 2-4 hours.

Cats: Should be kept away from treated areas for the full drying period. Cats are more sensitive to certain ingredients like permethrin in Coopex powder. We recommend keeping cats indoors during external treatments.

Birds and Fish: Cover cages and aquariums with sheets or towels during treatment to prevent exposure to airborne particles.

Special Considerations:

· Remove pet food and water bowls during treatment

· Wash pet bedding and toys before returning them to treated areas

· Keep pets away from rodent bait stations, which must be placed in tamper-resistant containers

Most of our products have low mammalian toxicity. If your pet comes into contact with wet product, wash the area with soap and water. For rodent baits specifically, contact your veterinarian immediately if ingestion is suspected, as these require different precautions due to their anticoagulant properties

General Pest Treatment: 2-4 hours vacating period. Standard treatments typically require 1 hours, but we recommend 4 hours if you have:

· Children under 12 months

· Anyone with asthma or respiratory conditions

· Anyone with heart conditions

Termite Treatment: 8-24 hours depending on the extent of treatment

Rodent Treatment: No vacating period required as baits are placed in secure stations[21]

Internal Treatments: You may remain in untreated areas of your home while we work in specific rooms

· All treated surfaces are completely dry

· The area has been adequately ventilated

· No chemical odor is present

· We provide the "all clear" signal

First 24-48 Hours:

· Avoid mopping treated areas to allow residual protection to remain effective

· Ventilate treated areas by opening windows and doors

· Do not disturb bait placements

· Keep the area clean but avoid deep cleaning for at least one week

Food Safety:

· Dispose of any food that was left exposed during treatment

· Wash food preparation surfaces that may have been exposed

· Clean dishes and utensils before use

General Cleaning:

· Light cleaning is acceptable, but avoid washing treated baseboards and entry points

When you resume normal cleaning, focus on the center of rooms rather than edges where treatments are applied

Normal Reactions:

· You may see increased pest activity for 7-14 days as insects come into contact with treated areas

· Pests may appear sluggish or behave differently - this indicates the treatment is working

· Complete elimination typically takes 2-6 weeks depending on the pest type and infestation severity

Timeline for Different Pests:

· Cockroaches: 4-6 weeks for complete control

· Spiders: Noticeable reduction within days, full control in 3-4 weeks

· Ants: 1-2 weeks with gel baits

· Fleas:3-4 weeks (includes hatching cycle)

· Rodents: It can take up to 3 weeks before rodents take to the baits.

When applied by licensed professionals according to label directions, our treatments pose minimal health risks. However, we take precautions for vulnerable individuals:[1][2]

Sensitive Groups:

· Pregnant women should avoid treated areas during the drying period

· People with respiratory conditions may need extended vacating periods

· Young children should not return until treatments are completely dry[12]

Symptoms to Watch For:
If anyone experiences unusual symptoms after treatment, seek medical advice and have our product information available.

We provide service warranties and will return for follow-up treatments if pest problems persist beyond expected timeframes.
